Chef Heiko Lacher and his Anima restaurant staff (GE) interpret, only for the public of HOST 2019, the Treviso PGI Red Radicchio.

Thanks to the research coordinated by Dr. Paolo De Gasperis, researcher in the field of microwaves and magnetostatic waves, former Director of the of “Istituto di Elettronica dello Stato Solido (IESS)” of the CNR (National Research Centre) and selected for the “Descartes Prize” of the European Commission, at Host 2019 F.lli Perin will present a series of innovative colored stainless steel surfaces, obtained by special vacuum processes based on physical and vapour layer deposition.
